ACME Workshop: The Transient Universe in the Rubin Era

This is the second ACME workshop. It will will focus on upcoming observations by the Rubin Observatory and their connection to the multi-wavelength and multi-messenger sky. In this context, several observatories will be presented, and current results as well as future prospects for observing a variety of transient sources will be discussed. The workshop will also provide information on tools that can help coordinate efforts to observe the transient sky. 

Abstract submission will open on 1 June 2026 and remain open until 31 July. Registration will open on 1 June and remain open until 15 October. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Some funding will be available for participants. There is no registration fee.
